Industrial Project Lead Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Lead to lead industrial digitalization projects, with a focus on Industrial IoT, sensors, automation, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and industrial safety.

The ideal candidate will combine a technical background in industrial environments with solid experience in managing complex projects, cross-functional leadership, and coordination of complex stakeholders in multidimensional or matrix organizations. We are looking for a highly proactive profile, with a strong results orientation and an execution mindset, capable of making things happen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from scope definition through implementation and monitoring.

• Coordinate Industrial IoT, sensor, and automation solutions for operational improvement and process optimization.

• Manage energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.

• Lead projects related to operator protection, industrial safety, and plant improvement.

• Oversee solutions with temperature, pressure, flow, steam, and condensate sensors.

• Evaluate or deploy technologies such as WirelessHART, NFC, and XR / remote assistance.

• Ensure compliance with industrial regulations and standards, including ATEX environments.

• Manage planning, risks, budget, resources, suppliers, KPIs, and reporting.

• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects in complex environments.

• Manage complex stakeholders in matrix structures, aligning business, operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, procurement, and technology.

• Knowledge of SAP for project management and monitoring, cost control, operational coordination, and reporting is desirable.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar.

• Experience as a Technical Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Lead in industrial or technological environments.

• Experience in Industrial IoT, sensor, automation, or industrial digitalization projects.

• Knowledge of industrial protocols, ideally WirelessHART.

• Experience with temperature, pressure, flow, and condensate sensors.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, or decarbonization.

• Familiarity with NFC and XR / remote assistance projects.

• Knowledge of industrial safety and applicable regulations; ATEX is highly valued.

• Experience in managing complex stakeholders and cross-functional coordination in multidimensional organizations.

• Experience with SAP applied to projects.

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.

• Advanced English skills.

• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos end-to-end desde la definición del alcance hasta la implantación y seguimiento.

• Coordinar soluciones de Industrial IoT, sensórica y automatización para mejora operativa y optimización de procesos.

• Gestionar iniciativas de eficiencia energética y descarbonización.

• Liderar proyectos relacionados con protección del operador, seguridad industrial y mejora en planta.

• Supervisar soluciones con sensores de temperatura, presión, caudal, vapor y condensado.

• Evaluar o desplegar tecnologías como WirelessHART, NFC y XR / asistencia remota.

• Asegurar cumplimiento de normativas y estándares industriales, incluyendo entornos ATEX.

• Gestionar planificación, riesgos, presupuesto, recursos, proveedores, KPIs y reporting.

• Coordinar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente en entornos complejos.

• Gestionar stakeholders complejos en estructuras matriciales, alineando negocio, operaciones, ingeniería, mantenimiento, HSE, compras y tecnología.

• Deseable conocimientos de SAP para la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos, control de costes, coordinación operativa y reporting.

• Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Automatización, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o similar.

• Experiencia como Technical Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager o Jefe/a de Proyecto en entornos industriales o tecnológicos.

• Experiencia en proyectos de Industrial IoT, sensórica, automatización o digitalización industrial.

• Conocimiento de protocolos industriales, idealmente WirelessHART.

• Experiencia con sensores de temperatura, presión, caudal, vapor y condensado.

• Conocimiento de eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad o descarbonización.

• Familiaridad con NFC y con proyectos de XR / asistencia remota.

• Conocimiento de seguridad industrial y normativa aplicable; ATEX muy valorable.

• Experiencia en gestión de stakeholders complejos y coordinación transversal en organizaciones multidimensionales.

• Experiencia en SAP aplicado a proyectos.

• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas simultáneas.

• Inglés alto.

• Valorable certificación PMP.
