What you'll do

To be the reference interlocutor for CDOs, CIOs, and business sponsors: defining the strategy for data governance, quality, and management, and defending it with a business case and measurable return.
To direct programs with multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams—comprising our own, the client's, and partners'—taking responsibility for the scope, quality, deadlines, and economic health of the engagement.
To design and govern the data maturity roadmap, anchored both to business milestones and the regulatory calendar (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, ENS and, in Healthcare, the interoperability agenda and EHDS), converting obligation into an investment argument.
To define the executive dashboard that the steering committee uses to decide on quality, risk, adoption, and generated value, using Power BI as support.
To institutionalize the data operating model: ownership and stewardship roles, decision committees, policies, and change management, so that governance survives the end of the project.
To act as a consultative reference both internally and externally: supporting proposals and offers, detecting new opportunities within accounts, and the reuse of assets and methodologies.
