The Project!

As a SIS Operations Intern, you will support the implementation of VM guidelines and initiatives across our stores and brands. You will coordinate campaigns, materials, uniforms and store communications, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up. You will also contribute to improving internal processes, data management and new initiatives that enhance the store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines across stores by managing and sharing VM content, images and presentations through internal platforms such as Store IQ and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate VM materials, including POS orders, opening packs, seasonal campaign assets and the development of new props in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Support store openings, pop-ups, second spaces and other special projects, ensuring the timely delivery and implementation of all required materials.
  • Manage and maintain VM content across internal platforms, while updating brand clusters and seasonal information.
  • Support the coordination and distribution of materials and staff uniforms, including seasonal forecasts, orders and delivery to stores and employees.
  • Maintain and update employee and store databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare, adapt and distribute internal communications, presentations and training materials to support store teams.
  • Support retail reporting and operational activities, including sales analysis, timetable preparation and other day-to-day management tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and provide ongoing support to the team across different projects and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proactive and adaptable: comfortable supporting both Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations, with the flexibility to take on a wide variety of tasks and projects.
  • Creative mindset: able to develop engaging presentations, communications, staff activities and new initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills: highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Digital skills: good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality: confident, approachable and comfortable communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Good level of English: able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
