About the role

At B. Braun we are looking to hire a Field Technician for the Technical Service Department at our Seville site.

The main mission will be to ensure maintenance, installation, and specialized technical support for electromedical equipment.

What you'll do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and install equipment following protocols and quality standards.
  • Log interventions in Service Max to ensure reliable and complete data.
  • Provide specialized technical support. Assist colleagues, technical staff, and healthcare personnel in the use and resolution of incidents.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration. Work with commercial teams, marketing, and clients in critical situations; participate in demonstrations and continuous improvement projects.
  • Coordinate urgent services, advise on stock management and tenders, and propose improvements in planning.
  • Ensure safety and risk prevention in all activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Higher Technical Degree, Vocational Training (FPII), or Technical/Industrial/Biomedical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electromedicine technical services (dialysis, infusion, water treatment plants). Experience in water treatment plants is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and data analysis tools.
  • English level B2
  • Responsible and committed person. With a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Occasional availability to work weekends or night shifts to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
