About the role

At B. Braun, we are looking to recruit a specialist technician in electromedicine equipment for the Technical Service Department at our Rubí site.

The main mission will be to carry out configuration, diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, verification, calibration, and maintenance activities for electromedicine equipment, ensuring compliance with the quality, safety, and productivity standards established by B. Braun.

What you'll do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, technical diagnostics, and equipment installation.
  • Configure, calibrate, and commission equipment, ensuring its proper operation.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide specialized support to clients and internal equipment.
  • Record and document the interventions carried out, ensuring the quality and traceability of information.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of protocols, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization projects.
  • Provide support in the coordination and execution of urgent services during periods of high demand and/or remote support to field technicians.
  • Evaluate new products and collaborate with the Quality and Commercial departments.
  • Interact with clients in critical situations, ensuring clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication, preventive and corrective maintenance, and equipment installation following protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage spare parts and reconditioned equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, risk prevention, and environmental standards.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Higher Degree in Vocational Training, FPII
  • At least 3 years of experience in electromedicine technical services
  • Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and data analysis tools.
  • English level B2
  • Availability to carry out occasional field interventions, including installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as other technical support activities at client facilities, when the operational needs of the service so require.
  • Responsible and committed person. With a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, and communication skills.
