What we're looking for

• Hold one of the following qualifications: Nursing Assistant degree or degree in Care for people in situations of dependency, accredited by the Ministry of Education. Also valid are Professional Certificates in “Sociosanitary Care for dependent people in social institutions” or a Social Work degree.

Nice to have

• We will value three years of accredited professional experience in Elderly Care Centers, preferably within the Company (internal promotion).

• Experience in team management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows environment.

The role

We believe that excellence in care is achieved through close, organized, and committed management, and for this reason, we want to hire a Supervision Assistant to help guarantee the smooth running of care services at our Ballesol Gijón center.

What you'll do

Be in charge of providing support to the Supervision team in the coordination and monitoring of the Center's daily care operations, ensuring the correct provision of non-medical care and services (including dining, laundry, and cleaning services) to residents, achieving a high level of quality.

Support the supervision team in the daily execution of the service, ensuring compliance with the rules, procedures, and standards defined in the Center.
Collaborate in the coordination of non-medical care services (caregivers, cleaning, laundry, catering), ensuring order, organization, and correct execution of tasks.
Manage day-to-day operational incidents, reporting and escalating them when appropriate.
Execute and monitor defined processes and routines (care, service organization, task control).
Report and monitor replenishment needs, breakdowns, or incidents in the facilities.
Collaborate in providing care and information to residents and families, guaranteeing appropriate treatment aligned with the Center's style.
Maintain fluid communication with the supervision team and the rest of the professionals, ensuring the correct transmission of relevant information from the shift.
Ensure compliance with internal rules and correct professional conduct within the team.
