What we're looking for

  • Training as a Nursing Assistant, Social Care Technician, or similar. We positively value a degree as a Quality Management Technician.

  • Demonstrable experience, minimum of two years, in direct care to users in homes, hospitals, residences, or day centers.

  • Knowledge and experience in handling hoists, technical aids, postural changes, glucose monitoring, taking vital signs...

  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to apply innovative solutions in continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey best practices and provide strategic guidance.

  • Proactive mindset and the ability to lead change initiatives.

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

We are looking for a Quality Technician in Bilbao and surrounding areas to provide comprehensive monitoring and support to users through home visits. The role includes supervising home care staff, implementing personalized improvements, and fostering user autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Conducting home visits for service supervision and control.

  • Establishing different guidelines for the user, adapting to each situation.

  • Fostering user autonomy and prevention.

  • Supporting, advising, and promoting the development of the caregiver within the home.

  • Monitoring of procedures: mobilization and transfers, user hygiene habits, assessment of user needs, and knowledge in environmental maintenance areas.

  • Constant communication with the coordination team and preparation of reports.
