For this reason, we are looking to bring on a Caregiver / Nursing Assistant at our Ballesol Serrería center who shares our vocation for care and companionship, contributing to the physical and emotional well-being of the elderly.

What you'll do

Provide comprehensive care to residents, accompanying them with respect, empathy, and closeness in their daily lives. Their work is essential to ensure the comfort, health, and dignity of the elderly, collaborating closely with the center's healthcare and multidisciplinary team.

  • Care for, accompany, and assist residents in their daily activities, always ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate in the development and support of therapies, following the instructions of the healthcare staff and the direct care team.
  • Serve and assist with breakfasts, snacks, and other meals, as well as keep the residents' personal belongings clean and in good condition.
  • Accompany on walks and activities, and help residents when they go to bed or get up, especially those with limited mobility.
  • Perform personal hygiene for residents.
  • Carry out the necessary mobilizations to promote comfort and prevent complications derived from immobility.
  • Communicate any incidents or changes in the resident's condition to the nursing or supervision team.

What you'll get
