As a Receptionist, your mission will be to provide friendly and professional service, ensuring smooth communication between residents, families, and the center's team, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of administrative and reception tasks.
What you'll do
- Public and family assistance: receiving visitors, answering questions, providing information about schedules, rules, etc.
- Phone and email support: managing incoming and outgoing calls, transferring to the appropriate departments, and handling email correspondence.
- Basic administrative management: filing documentation, managing correspondence, logging arrivals and departures, and receiving deliveries.
