The role

Therefore, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our Ballesol Gijón center who will contribute to the good condition and conservation of the facilities, guaranteeing safe, pleasant, and well-kept spaces for our residents.

What you'll do

  • Prepare surfaces, apply treatments, and select appropriate materials according to the type of work.
  • Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Perform painting, touch-up, and finishing work in the interior and exterior of the center.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team in the general upkeep of the facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention in all interventions.
