Within the framework of our succession and growth plan, we are looking to hire a Production Manager to lead the evolution of our plant towards a more efficient, technological, and standardized model, without ever losing direct contact with the workshop.
What you'll do
In charge of a team of people, you will be responsible for directing the Production area, guaranteeing the fulfillment of quality, deadline, and cost objectives in every project. You will lead the operational transformation of the plant, driving process optimization, the improvement of material flow, and the consolidation of a solid quality system, while also ensuring safety and the correct condition of the facilities, all while maintaining an active presence and technical reference in the workshop.
- You will plan and supervise production, coordinating the technical and human resources necessary for each project.
- You will lead the reorganization of the production process derived from the incorporation of our robotic welding cell, optimizing the distribution of tasks between the human team and automation.
- You will redesign the material flow in the plant, applying continuous improvement principles to reduce downtime and unnecessary movements.
- You will drive the implementation of a structured quality system, moving away from the current manual recording and taking non-quality control to a standardized and reliable model.
- You will guarantee compliance with safety standards in the workshop, ensuring safe working conditions for the entire team.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of elements that directly affect production (machinery, tooling, overhead cranes, slings, etc.), as well as the general maintenance of the facilities.
- You will constantly coordinate with the Purchasing, Technical Office, and Commercial departments through periodic project follow-up meetings.
- You will manage the Technical Assistance Service (SAT), assigning resources in the event of incidents and supervising the manufacture of spare parts.
