The role

We are looking for a Second Manager for our Garden section in our Zaragoza store.

What you'll do

- Direct support to the Section Manager.

- Offer specialized attention to our customers.

- Plan the COMMERCIAL ACTION of the section, guaranteeing service quality.

- Coordinate/manage changes occurring in their area together with the manager.

- Hold meetings with the team, guaranteeing fluid communication with the team.

- Support in the planning of schedules, shifts, and vacations.

- Offer support to other sections, guiding, selling, and advising the customer.

- Transmit the company's values and culture to colleagues.
