What you'll do

  • Ensure the implementation of guidelines on our operating model and boost the performance of assigned stores, guaranteeing success in the zone.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the teams of each store, fostering a high-performance environment.

  • Implement, together with the store managers, actions aimed at improving their sales and the results of their stores.

  • Participate and get involved, together with HR, in the selection, training, evaluation and development of their teams.

  • Optimize resources and implement efficient actions and processes to maximize daily operations, improve sales and profitability.

  • Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure quality in customer service, merchandising and the correct implementation of all our policies.

  • Manage, from an economic point of view, the correct allocation of human resources to the points of sale, monitoring and establishing action plans aimed at improving productivity and reducing absenteeism.

  • Establish fluid communication, acting as a link between senior management and the stores to convey strategies and objectives.
