The role
We are looking to hire a Junior ServiceNow Consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience on the platform, to join the local Madrid team, participating in the maintenance, evolution, and improvement of the ServiceNow solution.
The position is oriented towards a functional profile with technical knowledge of ServiceNow, who will participate in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and the monitoring of evolutions, collaborating with the Product Owner and technical teams.
We are looking for professionals whose experience in ServiceNow goes beyond its use as a ticketing tool, with the ability to communicate with users, organization, and activity monitoring.
What you'll do
- Participate in the evolution and improvement of the ServiceNow solution.
- Collaborate in the gathering and documentation of requirements.
- Participate in product testing and QA.
- Perform monitoring and coordination of incidents with global teams.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Product Owner in Spain.
- Monitor deployments and collaborate with the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) team.
- Attend to and manage the needs of users at different levels.
- Contribute to improving the experience of local users, especially within the IT area.
How you'll work
Location: Madrid.
Modality: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote)
Expected start date: November 2026
- Location: Madrid.
- Hybrid modality: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.
- During the first few weeks, some additional on-site days may be required.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00, with one hour for lunch. Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.
- Expected start date for November 2026.
