Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum professional experience of 2-3 years in functions related to Quality Management, Risk Management, or related areas.
Knowledge of quality management within the auditing sector, especially in relation to ISQM1.
Experience in risk management and assessment.
Experience in testing controls and reviewing evidence.
Knowledge of controls associated with the ISO 27001 standard.
Analytical and management capacity.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Capacity to document processes, procedures, and evidence.
Skills to work transversally with different teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

C1 level of English.
Interest in developing professionally in the fields of Quality Management, Risk Management, and Compliance.

The role

At BEIGAR, we are looking for a Quality & Risk Management (QRM) Specialist to join a team responsible for the technological processes linked to the management and evolution of the ISQM1 (International Standard on Quality Management 1) framework.

The selected person will participate in the maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the quality management system, providing support to technological processes and collaborating in the identification and assessment of risks, the review of controls and evidence, monitoring activities, and the follow-up of action plans.

We are looking for an analytical, organized profile oriented toward detail, with the capacity to document processes and work transversally with different teams and stakeholders, and with an interest in developing within the fields of Quality Management, Risk Management, and Compliance.

What you'll do

Participate in the maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the quality management system.
Provide support to the technological processes related to the ISQM1 framework.
Collaborate in the identification, analysis, and assessment of risks.
Perform testing of controls and review of evidence to verify their correct execution.
Participate in monitoring activities and the follow-up of established controls.
Provide support in the documentation, review, and updating of processes and procedures.
Collaborate in the follow-up of action plans and in the control of their evolution.
Work transversally with different teams and stakeholders to guarantee compliance with established processes and requirements.
