• Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar
• Experience in industrial processes
• Oral and written communication in English and/or French
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Passion for the automotive sector.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Teamwork and individual work.

Industrialization of New Projects at the Palencia factory

• Lead the piloting of industrial trials associated with series life modifications, including the analysis, detection, and resolution of defects.
• Participate in the commissioning of new vehicle projects, collaborating in the industrialization of production processes.
• Develop and industrialize processes in new projects, ensuring their technical and productive viability.
• Design, implement, and maintain working methods oriented towards continuous process improvement.
• Perform the monitoring and optimization of assembly processes in the different sections of the factory.
• Prepare, review, and update FOPs (Process Operation Sheets), guaranteeing compliance with current regulations.
• Draft and maintain technical process documentation, as well as document the safety contract of the projects.
• Manage documentation related to the quality and reliability of facilities and production means.
• Analyze, define specifications, and develop new facilities, as well as improve and modify existing ones.
• Coordinate with suppliers the commissioning of facilities, ensuring their correct execution and validation.
• Perform the monitoring of the implementation and startup of production facilities.
• Use 3D simulation tools for the validation, comparison, and verification of components.
• Develop projects focused on ergonomics and process optimization.
• Establish and guarantee processes related to safety and ergonomics in the production environment.
