Software Developer - Aerospace

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.
• Experience or interest in requirements management and software assurance.
• Knowledge of Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
• Knowledge of programming in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience working with Git and Linux environments.
• Technical English level for working with documentation and international teams.

• Experience working under aeronautical standards, such as DO-278, DO-178C, or similar, is valued.
• Previous experience in regulated or safety-critical projects.
• Participation in audits or certification processes.
• Knowledge of aeronautical systems and embedded software.
• Experience in requirements management and traceability tools.

We are currently looking to recruit a Software Verification & Requirements Engineer (DO-278) to participate in an aeronautical sector project, working on requirements management, software assurance, and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities within a regulated environment.

• Define, analyze, and manage software requirements in accordance with established standards and processes.
• Participate in the preparation and maintenance of documentation associated with DO-278 (PSAC, SVP, SCMP, and other lifecycle artifacts).
• Define, plan, and execute Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
• Review requirements, designs, source code, and technical documentation.
• Generate evidence, reports, and documentation derived from V&V activities.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for technical analysis and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with the quality and software assurance processes established in the project.
