Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
More than 2 years of experience in the development, integration, or industrialization of combustion engines.
Experience technically coordinating mechanical component suppliers.

💻 In our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team in Valladolid with a Design and Supplier Integration Engineer specializing in Combustion Engines to act as a technical liaison between the internal engineering team and suppliers.

What you'll do

Definition of components, drawings, specifications, and interfaces, ensuring that the different parts and subsystems integrate correctly into the combustion engine.
Technical coordination with suppliers for the development of engine components.
Technical review of supplier designs and proposals.
Resolution of integration problems.
Coordination of design modifications and ensuring their correct implementation.
Provision of technical support during the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and validation of prototypes.
Participation in design reviews and technical problem-solving.
Maintaining consistency between requirements, design, drawings, and manufactured parts.
Collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Validation, and Certification.
