We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in continuous improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an eminently practical profile, focused on the parameterization, adjustment, and reduction of breakdowns in production lines, with special emphasis on the healthcare (Health) and cosmetic sectors. This role is crucial for optimizing the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our production processes, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Analyze and optimize the performance of existing production lines, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects oriented towards cost reduction, increased productivity, and quality improvement.
• Implement and supervise the parameterization and adjustment of machinery and equipment to ensure its optimal operation.
• Develop and implement strategies for the reduction and prevention of breakdowns, minimizing unplanned downtime.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and optimize workflow.
• Use Six Sigma tools and methodologies (e.g., DMAIC) to solve complex problems and reduce process variability.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure the correct implementation of improvements.
• Document the processes, procedures, and results of improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor other team members in continuous improvement practices.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering and process improvement.
