Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the automotive area.
Experience in the maintenance of plastic injection machines and automatic assembly lines will be valued.
Experience in PLC programming, startup and commissioning of servo-motor systems (Indradrive), pressing, laser marking systems, robotics (Epson, Staubli), ultrasonic welding, screwdriving, and process control systems with vision will be valued.
Experience in the development and management of electrical projects for industrial machinery and specific knowledge of programming in Siemens, Opcon, and OpconPlus will be valued.
Knowledge of MES digitalization will be valued.
Communicative person, with initiative, analytical capacity, and a results orientation.
Intermediate/advanced level English

The role

Carrying out maintenance plans and generating spare parts lists for new machinery.
Coordination of external maintenance.
Providing support to engineering and production through the development of technical improvements in their area of responsibility and the technical definition of machinery.
Failure analysis and continuous process improvement to reduce production downtime.
Liaising with manufacturing and supporting the workshop in troubleshooting.
Maintenance—updating technical documentation.
Experience in methods for analyzing repetitive problems, such as Ishikawa.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with maintenance cost objectives in their area of responsibility.
