What you'll do
We are looking to hire a Mobile Operations Engineer with the following responsibilities:
- Executing scheduled and unscheduled tasks on the mobile network (CORE NETWORK)
- Analyzing and troubleshooting incidents in the Core Network (CS/IMS) and associated services
- Supporting the resolution of critical incidents
- Performing in-depth technical analysis of incidents and failures, including review of traces and signaling
- Executing technical tests and validations
- Escalating to Engineering or vendors when necessary, with a detailed prior diagnosis
- Monitoring incidents until their resolution, ensuring the technical quality of the solution
- Acting as the technical point of contact with NOC/COR, Engineering, and vendors
- Supporting the analysis of KPIs and detection of service degradations
- Developing and improving technical operating procedures
- Documenting incidents, analyses, and applied solutions
- Participating in operational improvements and network optimization
- Providing technical support to other areas when required
What we're looking for
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
- Knowledge of Core Network: MSC, IMS
- Knowledge of protocols: SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP
- Ability to analyze traces (SIP, Diameter, SS7)
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and network analysis
- Knowledge of network operating procedures
- Understanding of the interrelationship between different network elements and services
- Advanced English.

What you'll do
Necesitamos incorporar a un/a Ingeniero de Operaciones Móviles que tendrá las siguientes funciones:
- Ejecución de trabajos programados y no programados en la red móvil (CORE NETWORK)
- Análisis y troubleshooting de incidencias en Core Network (CS/IMS) y servicios asociados
- Soporte en la resolución de incidencias críticas
- Análisis técnico en profundidad de incidencias y fallos, incluyendo revisión de trazas y señalización.
- Ejecución de pruebas técnicas y validaciones
- Escalado a Ingeniería o proveedores cuando sea necesario, con diagnóstico previo detallado
- Seguimiento de incidencias hasta su resolución, asegurando la calidad técnica de la misma
- Interlocución técnica con NOC/COR, Ingeniería y proveedores
