We are looking to hire a Refinery Operator for our Martorell plant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in a modern, automated industrial environment committed to operational excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the Refinery processes, ensuring compliance with the safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards established by the company.

What you'll do

Perform sampling and the laboratory analyses necessary to monitor the production process.
Prepare reagents and auxiliary materials used in the different production stages.
Record analytical results and operational data in accordance with established procedures.
Perform periodic inspection rounds throughout the plant to verify the correct condition of equipment and facilities.
Detect and communicate deviations, incidents, or risk situations observed during rounds.
Execute industrial order and cleaning tasks in the work areas.
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, good operating practices, and preventive culture.
