Mission and Main Functions
Verify the receipt of products by evaluating compliance with technical data sheets, Carrefour Group quality criteria, and current legislation to proceed with their admission or rejection.
Ensure compliance with current regulations, Carrefour Group policies, and operational criteria by logistics and transport operators.
Inspect product quality both in stock and in commercial supply.
Perform product traceability verifications and exercises with suppliers.
Prepare product studies (presentation, content, weight, shelf life, among others).
Take assigned samples for product analysis plans.
Keep the documentary record of all verifications, studies, and sample collections up to date.
Collaborate with the platform's Quality Manager in the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, product, and service to the store.
Intermediate Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent training is valued, preferably in areas related to Processes and Quality in the Food Industry.
Contract type: Interim.
Schedule: Rotating shifts with starts between 06:00 h and 09:00 h, and finishes between 13:00 h and 15:00 h (depending on the start time).
