Requirements
What we're looking for
- Nursing Assistant Care Technician (or equivalent qualification: Clinical Assistant Technician, Psychiatric Assistant Technician, or Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician).
- Technician in Care for Persons in Situations of Dependency (or equivalent qualification: Socio-Sanitary Care Technician).
- Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.
- Availability for immediate start.
Nice to have
- Experience in a residential care center of at least 1 year.

Caser Residencial wants to incorporate a Nursing Assistant/Elderly Care Assistant into its team at our care center in La Moraleja, Madrid.
Reporting directly to our Residence Supervisor, your mission will be the direct care of the resident in performing activities of daily living in which they require support, depending on their degree of dependency, as well as personal care and care for their environment.
What you'll do
- Personal hygiene of the users.
- Assisting with feeding.
- Performing postural changes.
- Accompanying the users.
- And in general, ensuring that all the basic needs of the person are covered: dressing, feeding, hydration, elimination, leisure, relationships, etc.
