Their main responsibilities include:

• Prepare the annual activity plan.
• Conduct group and individual workshops adjusted to cognitive and physical abilities.
• Promote the active participation of residents.
• Record attendance, progress, and participation attitude.
• Coordinate events, outings, and celebrations.
• Collaborate with the technical team in their interventions with the residents.

Caser Residencial wants to incorporate an Animation Technician into its team for our Oliana Care Center.

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be: To organize, plan, and develop sociocultural, recreational, and therapeutic activities aimed at improving the quality of life, social participation, emotional well-being, and cognitive stimulation of the residents.
