Among your main responsibilities are:

• Daily attention and care of the residents.
• Support in hygiene, feeding, mobility, and rest.
• Collaboration in care assistance and monitoring the state of the residents.
• Detection and communication of physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Promotion of the autonomy and well-being of the people being cared for.
• Maintenance of safety, order, and hygiene, complying with established protocols.

Caser Servicios wants to incorporate several elderly care assistants into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our care center in Pontevedra.

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to provide basic care and support in activities of daily living to the residents, guaranteeing their well-being, safety, dignity, and quality of life, following the care protocols and values of the center.
