The role
At Grupo Casfid, we are the leading event technology company in Spain. We specialize in the use of radio frequency technology (RFID) to improve the attendee experience and the management of musical or sporting events.
Our services include ticket sales, cashless payment, accreditation, access and capacity control, and everything a large event might need.
In 2025, our technology was present at more than 630 events: Mad Cool, Festival de les Arts, Medusa Festival, Viñarock, BIGSOUND, Zevra, Sónar or Arenal Sound, Nomands (Morocco), Afronation (Portugal) and hundreds of others; worked in 11 countries; and selling tickets for concerts by artists such as Jennifer López, Myke Towers, Annuel AA, Melendi, Aitana, Lola Índigo or Dani Fernández, among others.
In total, we have sold more than 36M tickets and more than 22M people have worn our wristband on their wrist.
At Grupo Casfid, we are looking for technical staff for events throughout Spain, to participate in the setup and operation of our technological solutions at festivals, fairs, and congresses. If you are interested in field work and the events sector, this could be your opportunity.
What you'll do
As Event Technical Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operation of the services offered at each event runs smoothly: access control, cashless wristband or card systems, recharge points, and payment devices.
You will be part of the operational production team for these services, ensuring they are used correctly and that the public can enjoy the event without incidents. Your main tasks will be:
-
Execute the technological operation of the event: use various equipment (payment terminals, readers, mobile devices, etc.), prepare the necessary services and devices in each area (bars, access points, recharges, accreditations), and check that everything is working from the opening of the doors until the close of the event.
-
Manage common incidents: Resolve the most common technical and operational problems so that the event does not stop.
-
Coordinate with event teams: work side by side with other members of the technical team, event managers, and promoter staff to ensure every operational detail is taken care of.
-
Help with the assembly, disassembly, and movement of material: collaborate in the preparation and collection of terminals, equipment boxes, totems, and wheeled flightcases, always following the instructions of the operations team.
Who are you?
-
Ability to work under pressure: Events can be chaotic, and incident management requires maintaining calm and mental clarity.
-
Communication skills: You must have the ability to communicate efficiently with other team members and event attendees.
-
Positive attitude: Good vibes are essential, especially during festival and event days, where anything can happen. A good sense of humor will help you navigate any difficult situation.
-
Eagerness to learn: If you are enthusiastic about technology and are willing to learn about event setup and management, you are the perfect candidate!
What do you need?

Be over 18 years old.
-

Customer service in venues (stadiums, fairgrounds, theme parks, concert halls),
-

-
High availability to work during the week or weekends between April and October
-
Availability to travel between communities and sleep away from home (we take care of travel, accommodation, and per diems)
-
Feel comfortable working face-to-face with the public and resolving small incidents on the spot.
