The role
At CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS we need to hire KITCHEN ASSISTANTS to work in our hotels located in the center of SEVILLE.
What you'll do
· Collaboration with the kitchen team in the processes of receiving raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, and cleaning and disinfection.
· Preparation and presentation of dishes as scheduled.
· Carrying out the periodic cleanings established in the developed plan.
· Handling of food in compliance with current regulations.
· Checking and controlling the material used in the kitchen, reporting any incidents in this regard.
· Collaborate in the execution of menus and cards
· Control and care of the conservation and use of the products at your disposal.
REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience as Kitchen Assistant.
· Proactivity, dynamism.
· Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
