Requirements

What we're looking for

- Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related degrees.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar functions.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of Presto for measurements and budgets.

- Proficiency in Office 365 tools.

- Valid B driver's license.

Nice to have

- Availability to travel.

- Previous experience in site inspection, OCT, or technical assistance.

The role

CEMOSA, an international leading company in the sector, specialist in engineering services and quality control, with delegations throughout Spain and a presence in more than 15 countries, is selecting a Technical Architect for the building department in Valladolid.

What you'll do

- Carrying out site inspections.

- Detection and analysis of pathologies in buildings.

- Execution of technical building inspections.

- Participation in Technical Control Body (OCT) works.

- Development of technical assistance linked to building projects.

- Preparation of technical reports and associated documentation.
