Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • Valid Type B driver's license in Spain (it is necessary to attach a supporting copy that allows for the verification and accreditation of the driver's license)

• Have complementary training in the use of applications according to Building projects/Plans/Modeling (Autocad, Sketchup, Revit among others). (It is necessary to attach a supporting document that allows for the verification and accreditation of training in the use of these applications).
• Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course qualifying for exercise as a preventive resource. (To be able to accredit this merit, a supporting copy must be attached to the application)
• Experience of between 6 months and 3 years performing functions specific to your degree. (It is necessary to attach a Work History record and/or employment contract that allows for the verification and accreditation of professional experience)
• Experience of between 6 months and 1 year of work in the public sector related to engineering consultancy, environment, or technical assistance. (It is necessary to attach a Work History record and/or employment contract that allows for the verification and accreditation of professional experience).

• Hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a University Degree (Bologna Process) in Building Engineering (MECES Level 2) (Degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

• Supervise and coordinate works on-site, ensuring compliance with the project.
• Control the quality of execution and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Organize work teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Deadline control and planning.
• Contracting and requesting quotes.
• Control and optimize costs.

  OFFERED:
  
  A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months is offered, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
  
  - Full-time working day: 37.5 Hours/Week.
