What you'll do

How will you contribute to the team's success?

You will be key to driving people management processes, implementing the policies defined by the company, and contributing to integrating, identifying, and nurturing talent within the organization.

Staff organization and planning

  • Workforce planning according to the plant's organizational structure.

  • Preparation of Job Descriptions (JDs).

  • Analysis of medium- and long-term staffing needs (cross-training, training, etc.).

  • Management of onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Recruitment and selection based on needs; coordination with temporary employment agencies and external providers.

Training and development

  • Identification of individual and collective training needs.

  • Monitoring of training plans and onboarding processes.

KPI tracking and administrative support

  • Control of key indicators: absenteeism, overtime, workforce movements, cross-training matrix, etc.

  • Attendance control and support in payroll processes.

  • Administrative management: contracts, hires/terminations, communications with SEPE, etc.

  • Support in personnel administration and labor relations processes.
