Maintenance Manager

What we look for in you:

• University degree or higher technical education related to Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or other related specialties.

• Specific training in Industrial Maintenance, Occupational Risk Prevention, and continuous improvement methodologies is valued.

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions of responsibility within industrial maintenance areas.

• Experience in team management and people leadership.

• Availability to work on-site on a central shift.

The conditions of this position are:

• Salary range: 46,000 - 52,000 euros gross per year plus 15% variable.

• Applicable collective bargaining agreement: Galletas Siro S.A. Collective Agreement

Your mission will be to ensure the comprehensive management of the plant's maintenance area, ensuring compliance with the company's strategic objectives regarding safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production equipment, as well as leading and developing the teams under your charge through efficient resource management.

• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention procedures, standards, and objectives, promoting a safety culture throughout the plant.

• Ensuring compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

• Analyzing losses and incidents related to safety, quality, waste, and efficiency, defining and implementing action plans that contribute to continuous improvement.

• Leading the operational management of the maintenance department, ensuring the availability and reliability of facilities and production equipment.

• Ensuring proper planning, monitoring, and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

• Managing the technical documentation, procedures, indicators, and records associated with the area.

• Developing, leading, and supporting the maintenance team, fostering professional growth, commitment, and collective performance.

• Monitoring the area's key indicators, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions.

• Managing the department's budget and financial resources, ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of investments and expenses.

• Actively participating in continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and the plant's industrial development.
