Requirements

Education & certifications

- Higher Level Training Cycle (FP Superior) in Electromechanics or a related technical field (minimum required education).

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields.

- At least two years of previous experience in similar positions.

The role

We are opening vacancies for two of our factories in Venta de Baños as an Electromechanical Maintenance expert.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure the execution of work orders and maintenance schedules assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor for their shift, while always observing occupational risk prevention regulations, good manufacturing and hygiene practices, and food safety and quality standards.

- Ensure and supervise the work carried out by the Maintenance Specialists and Technicians assigned to their shift.

- Ensure compliance with the established cleaning schedules.

- Establish work methods that guarantee the correct execution of tasks and duties inherent to the position, diligently and with strict compliance with Prevention and Quality regulations.

- Maintain control, at the beginning and end of the shift, of the availability of manuals, technical data sheets, electrical diagrams, programs, and documentation for the equipment under your responsibility in the designated area.

- Provide the documentary records for their position and shift to their immediate superior, notifying them of any detected anomaly for its immediate correction.

Actively participate in resource optimization plans, maintenance ranges, Continuous Improvement-5S's, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).

How you'll work

- Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.

- Salary band: annual gross salary €16,500 - €20,000, plus bonuses (approximately 6,000 gross euros per year)
- Applicable collective agreement: C.C. of Cerealto VB1 and C.C. Cerealto Industrial Spain, depending on the factory assigned to the position.
