- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related disciplines.

We are looking to hire an Innovation and Services Manager for the Healthcare Management Directorate. The selected person will lead the development of differentiating services for our policyholders and the Healthcare Innovation Office, managing a team and reporting directly to the Healthcare Management Director.
They will be responsible for defining and driving strategic initiatives aimed at improving the policyholder experience, health outcomes, and the efficiency of healthcare processes. They will lead transformation and innovation projects, from their conceptualization to their implementation and scaling, working transversally with the different areas of the company.

- Evaluate new trends in digital health, innovative healthcare models, and technological solutions, identifying differentiation opportunities for the organization.

- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics areas to transform available information into actionable knowledge that facilitates decision-making and value generation.

- Lead the definition and consolidation of the strategic indicators for the Healthcare Management Directorate, guaranteeing an integrated vision of the performance and evolution of projects.
