FUNCTIONS Advise and resolve technical queries from claims handlers and inspectors in bodily injury claims, providing your medico-legal expertise to guarantee well-founded decisions. Assess injuries according to applicable scales (motor vehicle, liability, accidents, life, health benefits), being responsible for the rigorous medico-legal evaluation of each case. Manage and supervise the medical expert network: coordinate additions and removals, validate quality of care, detect and analyze fraud reports. Coordinate specialists for complex cases: select medico-legal and healthcare experts according to the required specialty, guaranteeing the best intervention available. Participate in group audits focused on expert quality, contracting, and regulatory compliance. Train medical experts in medico-legal criteria and AXA standards. PROFILE Education: Degree in Medicine (essential) Experience: Demonstrable experience in the assessment of bodily injury and healthcare in the sanitary field, applied to insurance entities. Solid knowledge of the Insurance Contract Law and Spanish insurance legislation. Technical knowledge: Medico-legal assessment of bodily injury claims. Bodily injury scales.
