As a Data Analyst Intern, your main mission will be to work alongside the rest of the data team, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the entire organization.

During your internship, you will collaborate closely with one of our Data Analysts and with various departments to optimize operations and improve the customer experience. From day one, your role will be key to ensuring that Civitatis remains a leader in the market for tourist activities, using data analysis to innovate and exceed the expectations of our travelers.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key insights to different business areas.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the business.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific questions from stakeholders.

• Work closely with the IT team to ensure data quality and accessibility.

• Propose and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

• Participate in cross-departmental projects to promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

• Advise marketing, sales, and operations teams on the interpretation and application of data analyses.

• Be currently enrolled in a university program in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields; it will be essential to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.

• Knowledge of programming (Python, R) and statistical analysis.

• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (PowerBI or Tableau)

Como Data Analyst Intern, tu misión principal será trabajar junto con el resto del equipo de datos, transformando grandes volúmenes de datos en insights accionables que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas en toda la organización.

Durante tu beca, colaborarás estrechamente con una de nuestras Data Analysts y con varios departamentos, para optimizar las operaciones y mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Desde el primer día, tu rol será clave para garantizar que Civitatis continúe siendo líder en el mercado de actividades turísticas, utilizando el análisis de datos para innovar y superar las expectativas de nuestros viajeros.

• Desarrollar y mantener dashboards y reportes que proporcionen insights clave a diferentes áreas de negocio.

• Analizar grandes conjuntos de datos para identificar tendencias, anomalías y oportunidades de mejora en el negocio.

• Realizar análisis ad hoc para responder a preguntas específicas de los stakeholders.

• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de IT para asegurar la calidad y accesibilidad de los datos.

• Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en los procesos de recopilación y análisis de datos.

• Participar en proyectos interdepartamentales para promover una cultura data-driven en la organización.

• Asesorar a los equipos de marketing, ventas y operaciones sobre la interpretación y aplicación de los análisis de datos.
