About the role

Are you passionate about travel🛫, culture🗽, leisure🎡, and do you want to be part of the growth of the #1 company in activities, excursions, and tours in Spanish worldwide? We are a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative team that sees every day as a challenge and a new opportunity to grow together with the company.

If you want to conquer the world with us, we're waiting for you🚀!

At Civitatis, our mission is for millions of travelers around the world to discover and enjoy unforgettable experiences. As a Destination Manager, your mission will be to develop and optimize the catalog of activities and transfers in growing or medium-relevance destinations, through market analysis, supplier sourcing and management, and continuous improvement of the available offering. You will work to drive the competitiveness, profitability, and quality of the catalog, taking on an autonomous role in destination management and collaborating closely with senior teams to execute commercial and expansion strategies.

What you'll do

  • Analyze assigned destinations in depth, identifying and applying growth levers: activity availability analysis, pricing and benchmarking, content review, and catalog adaptation to market trends.

  • Identify and source new suppliers to bring in new activities or transfers in strategic destinations, according to catalog needs.

  • Analyze market trends and the competition to propose and develop new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and onboard their products onto the Civitatis platform, ensuring compliance with established curation criteria.

  • Actively monitor supplier performance, focusing on improving key indicators such as commission, conversion, or product reputation (ratings, reviews, etc.).

  • Efficiently address and resolve supplier queries and requests, acting as the main point of contact.

  • Act as a liaison between the Customer Service teams and suppliers to ensure adequate and satisfactory resolution of any issues.

  • Manage destinations with a medium volume of customers or suppliers with a medium commercial volume, working autonomously but with alignment and support from the senior or regional team.

  • Collaborate on commercial or strategic projects defined by the senior team, contributing with market insights, analysis, and operational execution.

What you'll get

  • You will be part of the world leader in online booking for excursions and guided tours in Spanish💃🏽.

  • Young, travel-loving spirit and a great work environment. +20 nationalities🌏!

  • There is life beyond work: Flexible working hours (you manage your start and end times), intensive working day in summer, hybrid work model, as well as other work-life balance measures.

  • 24 working days of vacation! Need more time off or personal time? With Cividías, you can buy extra vacation days each year.

  • Teambuilding events 🎉 (afterworks, paddle, football, tours, parties, contests, etc.)

  • Voluntary flexible compensation plans to get the most out of your salary.

  • Healthy team, happy team! We always have fruit available in the office 🍊 and we co-fund your gym membership🧘🏽♀️.

  • You'll never stop learning: development plans, ongoing training, and English classes with native teachers.

  • Enjoy our +90,500 activities with a great discount.

  • Work in the heart of Madrid. Offices right on Gran Vía.

  • At Civitatis, we promote diversity and equal opportunities, valuing the talent and potential of every person. This offer is open to all candidates who meet the required professional profile.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Tourism / Business Administration / Marketing or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience managing suppliers in the Travel sector.

  • Knowledge of supplier management/negotiation on online sales platforms related to tourism.

  • Microsoft Office Suite or similar.

  • Native Spanish + C1 English + another European language is a plus.
