What we're looking for
• Valued: Professional certificate in socio-sanitary care for dependent persons in homes or social institutions, Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) as Nursing Assistant Technician or Socio-sanitary Care Technician, or Technician in care for persons in situations of dependency.
• Indispensable: Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
The role
We are selecting Home Care Assistants to work in: Boadilla Monte, Collado Villalba, Colmenar Viejo, Galapagar, La Encina, La Maliciosa, Las Cañadas, Majadahonda, Pozuelo Alarcón, Rozas Madrid, San Sebastián Reyes, Sierra Norte, Sierra Oeste, THAM, Tres Cantos, Vega del Guadalix and Villaviciosa Odón.
What you'll do
• Care within the user's own home, attending to the users, following the action guidelines and attending to what is established by the technicians responsible for the service.
• Help and/or supervision with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Help and/or supervision with dressing, footwear, and feeding.
• Activities related to home care, monitoring, and maintaining household order (food preparation, shopping, laundry, ironing...).
• Transfers, moving, and mobilization within the home.
• Leisure activities within the home.
• Help with getting up, going to bed, and/or changing posture.
• Accompaniment outside the home (walks, accompaniment to medical appointments,...)
How you'll work
• Working day: Full time
• Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME/OR SHIFTS ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS
