What you'll do

Comprehensive facility maintenance: preventive, corrective, and conductive (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, masonry...).

What are we looking for?

Required: CFGM or CFGS or CP in the specialties of electricity or installation and maintenance (refrigeration technician/HVAC technician).
Previous experience in comprehensive facility maintenance.
Valuable: holding professional licenses: RITE, low-voltage electrician installer, fluorinated gas handling certificate.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental matters is desirable.
Valid driver's license B required
