What you'll do

Comprehensive facility maintenance: preventive, corrective, and conductive (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, masonry...).

What are we looking for?

Vocational Training Cycle in Installation and Maintenance / Maintenance Professional Certificate.
Previous experience in comprehensive facility maintenance.
Experience in minor operations and legionellosis treatment and prevention is essential.
Valuable: holding professional licenses: RITE, low-voltage electrician installer, fluorinated gas handling certificate.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental matters is desirable.
