Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance skilled tradesperson.
Knowledge and experience in locksmithing, painting, masonry, and multipurpose maintenance work.
Ability to resolve incidents and problems related to the position.
Computer skills at a user level, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary manner.
Social skills and communication ability.
A resourceful, autonomous, and organized person.
Ability to travel to the workplace independently.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Working day: full-time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00h.
Salary: €22,263.68 gross/year, according to the Siderometallurgy Collective Agreement of the Community of Madrid, category 5.
Contract: permanent.
Start date: immediate

The role

MULTIPURPOSE MAINTENANCE SKILLED TRADESPERSON (M/F/D) VALDEBEBAS, MADRID

What you'll do

Functions: Carrying out preventive inspections and executing corrective maintenance tasks. Resolving incidents related to the maintenance field, providing solutions and improvements to the service. Review and control of the work performed. Control, maintenance, and conservation of tools and machinery. Control and maintenance of warehouses.

Location: Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas, Valdebebas, Hortaleza, 28055 Madrid.
