We are currently looking to hire Emergency Operators for our service located in Zaragoza.
What will be your functions and responsibilities?
- Receiving communications directed to the service through the available means.
- Obtaining and managing the necessary information from the caller for the correct location, classification, and management of the incident.
- Recording the information gathered from incoming calls.
- Classifying the incident or emergency according to the existing procedures and priority levels.
- Checking and validating locations using the geographic information system.

- Informing the Coordinator of all incidents detected or occurring during the shift.
What are we looking for?
- Must hold a High School Diploma, Vocational Training (FP2), BUP, or equivalent qualification.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?
- Recepción de comunicaciones dirigidas al servicio a través de los medios disponibles.
- Obtención y gestión de la información necesaria del llamante para la correcta localización, tipificación y gestión del aviso.
- Registro de la información recogida de las llamadas recibidas.
- Clasificación del aviso o emergencia de conformidad con el sistema y niveles de prioridad existentes.
- Comprobar y validar las localizaciones mediante el sistema de información geográfica.
- Contrastar y validar las llamadas recibidas para garantizar la veracidad del incidente.
- Informar al Coordinador/a de todas las incidencias sucedidas o detectadas durante el turno.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Disponer de Titulo de Bachiller, FP2, BUP o equivalente.
- Se valorará positivamente Disponer del Grado SuperioR de Coordinación de Emergencias y Protección o Emergencias Sanitarias
- Nivel B1 de Inglés o Francés.
- Mecanografía superior a 200 pulsaciones minuto, conocimientos de ofimática, bases de datos y hojas de cálculo, manejo de internet y correo electrónico.
