We are currently looking for administrative assistants and call center operators for a major company located in Zaragoza, to carry out the following functions:
What you'll do
· Attends and/or makes calls to customers following the communication protocols established by the company regarding user treatment, for the different types of services requested: Inquiries, Complaints, Management of revision appointments, Updating customer data, Scheduling for quality controls, Etc.
· Following the plan established by their supervisor, performs route management for the technicians and/or zones assigned to them, and provides the necessary administrative support to the technician during the work route (among others, the transfer of parts between technicians). Additionally, if necessary, performs changes in route management if there are last-minute notices.
· Reports the activity performed and any incidents that arise to their supervisor.
What We Are Looking For:
· Vocational Training in administration and/or marketing.
· 1 year of experience in similar positions or 2 years as a telemarketing agent in a call center.
· Service mindset, commercial skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
