The role
At Dorsia, leaders in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, and psychological treatments, we are growing and looking to bring on a Clinic Director with strong leadership skills and strategic vision to be part of our expanding project.
We are looking for a professional with a higher education qualification (vocational training or a bachelor's degree). Additional training in sales, finance, business, and aesthetic medicine will be highly valued.
What you'll do
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Overseeing administrative and financial management in collaboration with the area manager, who will handle direct management.
- Supporting the commercial strategy, focusing on results and quality of service.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in the health and aesthetics sector.
- Fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment focused on the professional growth of the team.
