At COCUNAT, we are looking for a CRM Retention Intern to join the CRM team and support the development of loyalty strategies that drive customer experience and business growth. CRM Campaigns & Automation
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Help with database segmentation to personalize communications.
  • Support the configuration and review of campaigns in Marketing Automation tools such as Klaviyo, Connectif, or similar.
Content & Customer Experience
  • Participate in the review and update of content, creatives, and CRM communication calendars.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Paid Media, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Innovation & Insights
  • Research trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities in CRM, automation, and Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed university or master's studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or similar.
  • Interest in CRM, Email Marketing, automation, and data analysis.
  • Good proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Estar cursando o haber finalizado recientemente estudios universitarios o de máster en Marketing, ADE, Comunicación, Publicidad o similares.
  • Interés por el CRM, Email Marketing, automatización y análisis de datos.
  • Buen manejo de Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado al detalle.
  • Proactividad, ganas de aprender y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
