Requirements

10+ years of overall experience with Microsoft technologies and CRM platforms.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Strong experience in designing and implementing Customer Insights – Journeys.
Practical experience in customer data migration, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and data models.
Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, campaign management, and customer engagement workflows.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Familiarity with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Dataverse, is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights certifications are an added advantage.
