More than 8 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or functional analysis.

Solid experience in the insurance sector.

Experience in end-to-end projects, from diagnosis and design to construction, testing, adoption, and implementation.

Experience working with critical applications and regulatory changes.

Ability to connect business and technology, structure complex problems, and build trust with the client.

Spanish and English.

We will especially value experience in distribution, mediation networks, and the broker lifecycle.

Experience in contracts and document management.

Knowledge of digital signature.

Experience in data quality and governance.

Knowledge of test management tools.

Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders at different levels.

🚀 Senior Consultant - Insurance

We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant specialized in the insurance sector, with a combination of deep business knowledge, transformation vision, and a solid functional and technical foundation.

We are not looking for a profile limited to gathering requirements. We are looking for someone capable of understanding complex problems, questioning assumptions, facilitating decisions, and transforming business needs or regulatory changes into executable solutions and roadmaps.

You will be a trusted interlocutor between business and technology, leading functional initiatives and supporting the client throughout the entire transformation cycle.

Facilitate workshops with business areas, operations, users, and technology teams.

Analyze processes, applications, and needs to define the current state and the target model.

Evaluate alternatives and prepare recommendations, identifying impacts, risks, and dependencies.

Translate business decisions and regulatory changes into functional requirements and designs.

Coordinate functional testing, UAT, training, implementation, and stabilization.

Participate in migration projects, modernization of critical applications, and business continuity.

Prepare presentations and executive materials for client stakeholders.

Communicate progress, conclusions, and recommendations to different levels of stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of proposals, methodologies, and reusable assets for the practice.
