The role

We are currently looking to hire a first-class electromechanical worker specialized in hydraulics to join our team in Guadalajara.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems in railway rolling stock and industrial equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic circuits (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, etc.).
Interpret electrical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical documentation.
Assemble, adjust, and verify hydraulic and electromechanical components.
Check pressures, flow rates, and system tightness.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (OSH) and internal quality procedures.

Requirements:

Vocational training (medium or higher level) in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
At least 3–6 years of experience in hydraulic and/or fluid power maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematic interpretation.
Experience in the railway sector is a plus.
A valid driver's license is essential.
