We are currently looking to hire a first-class electromechanical worker specialized in hydraulics to join our team in Guadalajara.

What you'll do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems in railway rolling stock and industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic circuits (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, etc.).
  • Interpret electrical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Assemble, adjust, and verify hydraulic and electromechanical components.
  • Check pressures, flow rates, and system tightness.
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (OSH) and internal quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • Vocational training (medium or higher level) in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in hydraulic and/or fluid power maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematic interpretation.
  • Experience in the railway sector is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
