What are we looking for?

We want to add a Payroll Technician to the team in Madrid.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

- Manage and follow up on personnel administrative procedures (social security contributions, IRPF, etc.).

- Plan and execute the payroll process, including calculation, settlement, and report generation.

- Coordinate with site personnel to review and correct data, ensuring the timely payment of payroll.

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a Técnico/a de nóminas en Madrid.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Gestionar y dar seguimiento a trámites administrativos de personal (cotizaciones, IRPF, etc.).

-Planificar y ejecutar el proceso de nómina, incluyendo el cálculo, liquidación y generación de informes.

-Coordinar con personal de obra para revisar y corregir datos, garantizando el pago puntual de nóminas.

-Gestionar documentación ante organismos públicos, representar a la empresa en inspecciones y juicios laborales, y coordinar reconocimientos médicos.

-Participar en el cierre contable mensual de RRHH y verificar la correcta imputación de pagos.

-Asesorar en temas de contratación, nómina y legislación laboral.

-Entregar documentación laboral y de bienvenida a nuevas incorporaciones, y colaborar en proyectos del área de RRHH.
