What you'll do

-Manage and follow up on administrative personnel procedures (social security contributions, personal income tax, etc.).

-Plan and execute the payroll process, including calculation, settlement, and report generation.

-Coordinate with on-site staff to review and correct data, ensuring timely payroll payments.

-Handle documentation with public agencies, represent the company in labor inspections and proceedings, and coordinate medical examinations.

-Participate in the monthly HR accounting close and verify the correct allocation of payments.

-Provide advice on hiring, payroll, and labor legislation matters.

-Deliver labor and onboarding documentation for new hires, and collaborate on HR projects.

What are we looking for?

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

-Degree in Labor Relations.

-SAP knowledge is a plus.
