The role

What you'll do

At Condis Supermarkets we are looking for a person to work as a STORE MANAGER at one of our franchised Condis Supermarkets, located in Rubí.

The duties of the position are:
• Overseeing supply, orders and stock according to demand and schedule
• Controlling shrinkage, product rotation and proposing operational improvements
• Managing orders to departments and internal and external suppliers
• Performing daily closings, detecting issues and reporting to administration
• Managing invoices, delivery notes, administrative documentation and periodic reports
• Overseeing opening, closing and cash register reconciliation and cash control
• Managing cash exchange, replenishment and monitoring cash register movements
• Organizing daily tasks, deliveries, parcels and resolving operational issues.

Common duties related to team management:
* Planning schedules, vacations and time off in coordination with administration.
* Coordinating the team, facilitating communication, operational support and response to unforeseen events.

How you'll work

You are available to complete the 40-hour weekly schedule.
